Use this function when you forget your password or when your you are unable to login successfully due to your account is locked.
Why your account gets locked?
If you failed to login for 3 consecutive attempts, your account will be locked for security reason.
Step 1: Click on the Unlock Account / Forget Password? link on the login page.
Step 2: Enter Username (Example: TFINXXXXXX or TCONXXXXXX)
Step 3: Click on the GET PASSWORD button. An email will be sent to the registered email under the user account.
Step 4: Go to your email inbox, look for the password reset email. Click on the link in the email.
Step 5: Enter your new password and confirm password
Step 6: Click on the UPDATE PASSWORD button to complete the password reset.
Step 7: Click on the Login now? link to go to the login page.
